Welcome this class is available to YMCA of San Francisco active paying members only and advanced registration is required. To complete your registration please login to your member portal account at YMCA of San Francisco CommunityOnce logged in please open the registration portal to register for this upcoming member only class. Classes are limited to small groups, please bring your own fitness mat or towel, and plan to arrive up to 10min early to complete your health screen before class. Notice that this class will be held at St Mary Square. Wearing mask is required during the class.

Qi Gong Outdoor at St. Mary Square:  Qi Gong is a practice of aligning breath, movement, and awareness for exercise, healing, and meditation. Qi gong involves rhythmic breathing coordinated with slow stylized repetition of fluid movements, calm mindful state, and visualization of guiding qi (breath) through the body. This class is taught in both English and Cantonese. Suitable for all skill levels as well as active older adults.
