Embarcadero YMCA workforce program is currently affiliated with our Youth Chance High School. Once students have earned their diplomas and credits, we assist youth overcome personal and professional barriers by providing them with skills for workplace success, providing workshops and employment opportunities for transitional age youth.
Our Programs
We serve recent high school graduates looking for resources in employment in the following areas: Retail management, Art and Design workforce, Medical and Science field and more.
Workforce Programs Embarcadero
The program breaks barriers of employment for transitional age youth between the ages of 18-24 by providing hands on support as they finish high school.
Aquatic Pathways
The Aquatics Workforce Development Pathway program is an internship that provides leadership opportunities for teens and young adults in our community to help them gain experience, build relationships with peers, and support the community-based work the YMCA of SF provides, through job placements.
