Valerie Azinheira

Health and Wellness has always been a passion of Valerie's. She loves sharing that passion by helping others cultivate a lifelong healthy lifestyle and to find their most radiant self! She was born and raised in San Francisco and grew up running around Lake Merced with her dad. She feels very fortunate to be able to share that same experience with her family! A year after her son was born, she competed in Iron Man Canada and qualified and ran the Boston Marathon, a year after her daughter was born. In her free time, she enjoys hanging out with her husband and kids, running, hiking, weightlifting, reading, and traveling/exploring!!!
