Starting as a trainee through the Sam Mateo Youth Service Bureaus in 2015 and now a licensed Marriage & Family Therapist in private practice. In 2019, Cecille became Urban's Director of Learning and Community Development. Her work is to enrich Urban's culture and values. She concurrently continues to provide direct services as a Mental Health Clinician at the YSB in South San Francisco.
