About the Job

The Salesforce Administrator/Business Analyst will be part of IT Applications team. Under the direction and supervision of the Senior Director of Applications, this role will be responsible for salesforce implementations, integrations, maintenance, support and tableau dashboard reports development, building data visualization solutions to improve business processes.

This is a hybrid position and will require on-site presence.  Principals ONLY

Minimum Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Sciences, Computer Information Systems, or equivalent experience
  • 3+ years of experience in Salesforce administration, development and operational support
  • Technical design and implementation experience in Sales Cloud, Pardot/Marketing Cloud Account Engagement, Experience Cloud, Service Cloud and related salesforce tools
  • Experience with Salesforce Lightning, Visualforce, SOQL and Salesforce API.
  • Knowledge of Salesforce APIs, Integrations, Managed/Unmanaged packages.
  • Good understanding of Salesforce architecture, processes, products, and best practices.
  • Thorough knowledge/experience working with custom fields, formulas, triggers, validation rules, flows, page layouts and workflow rules in Salesforce.
  • 3+ years of experience in Tableau development, of building visualizations, dashboards, reports connecting to varied data sources
  • Solid understanding of SQL, relational databases and normalization
  • Ability to collaborate with stakeholders, vendors and other project teams
  • Proficient in documenting business requirements, use cases and test cases.
  • Excellent verbal/written communication skills, with ability to communicate equally well with business and technical team, with a proven track record working in a dynamic and collaborative team environment.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Proficiency in Apex development, HTML, XML and JavaScript.
  • Experience working with Non Profit Success Pack (NPSP) and TractionREC packages.
  • Experience working on Salesforce integrations with DocuSign, Survey Monkey, Mogli SMS and other related software products.
  • Advanced analytical and data mining skills.
  • Working knowledge of Cloud Datawarehouse solutions like GCP/BigQuery or equivalent.
  • 2 or more years in any YMCA or social services non-profit or equivalent.
  • Having experience working with Boomi Integration platform would be a plus.
