Combining elements of badminton, table tennis, and tennis, pickleball has gained popularity and is a great way to stay fit and have fun.

Pickleball clinics are designed for those who want to learn more about the game and how they can improve their skills on the courts – from beginner to intermediate, our Y instructors will help you master the art of Pickleball. Inquire at the front desk for pickleball schedules.

Program Benefits

Playing pickleball, like other forms of exercise, can lower blood pressure, reduce stress, increase flexibility, and lead to a better, healthier you. But unlike walking on the treadmill or using other machines in the wellness center, this is a socially oriented game that keeps you engaged from beginning to end.
