After School Program
Our YMCA Before- and After-School programs foster each child’s cognitive, social-emotional and physical development through opportunities and experiences which focus on achievement, relationships and belonging.
Amazing Learning Experiences
The Claire Lillienthal Learning Academy (CLLA) was formed in 2000 to accommodate the many working parents with children attending this neighborhood school whose dismissal time is very early.
Recognizing this need, we partnered with the school’s leadership to launch Claire Lilienthal Alternative School, which provides after school programming every school day for Scott Campus youth (grades 3rd-8th).
Each day, our caring staff provides youth with a safe environment full of opportunities to build skills, lead, and give back to the community. Run by seasoned youth workers, activities include recreation, dedicated homework time, art, and special clubs. At our program kids learn skills and confidence to become successful adults.
Program Information
A $100 non-refundable deposit is due at registration. Families who qualify for the Free/Reduced Lunch Program must provide documentation through SchoolCafe. ELOP families must contact the Site Coordinator for enrollment information.
Grades
Entering 3rd-8th grades.
Program Dates
School year: 08/19/2024 through 06/04/2025.
Before School Care Dates
Monday through Friday, 5 days a week. Hours are from 7:30 am until the school day begins.
After School Care Dates
Monday through Friday, 5 days a week. Hours are from end of school day until 6:45 pm.
