The YMCA of Greater San Francisco is committed to providing health and wellness opportunities to everyone at every stage of life.

We provide various activities for Adults ages 60+ years. From exercise classes to trips and lifelong learning programs, seniors will experience a strong sense of belonging and create a network of friends supporting sustained health and well-being. Most of our Y-Adult programs are FREE of charge and open to all seniors.
