The Marin and Novato Ys serve communities from Sausalito to Novato and all areas in between. We are a volunteer-driven organization that strives to fulfill our mission.

We are a volunteer mission-driven organization charged with building strong kids, strong families and strong communities by enriching the lives of all people in spirit, mind and body.

In order to fulfill this mission, the Y focuses on Youth Development, Healthy Lifestyles and Social Responsibility.

Our staff is dedicated to providing each child, teen and adult in every program positive, confidence-building feedback. We offer value-based programs with a commitment to the YMCA's four core values: respect, responsibility, honesty, and caring.

We structure programs for participants of all skill levels and all ages. Instructors and teachers focus on an individual moving forward in the process of participating and learning in a positive environment. Swim lessons, fitness for teens and adults, and leadership programs like Youth & Government make the Marin YMCA a place for all.

In order to carry out this mission, we rely on philanthropic contributions from organizations and individuals who share our concern for Marin County as we continue to preserve and expand our key programs through broadening our base of pilanthropic support.

Financial Aid Information

YMCA membership and programs are open to everyone. To the extent possible, financial assistance is made available to those in need, so they are not excluded from YMCA programs.
