Women's Strength Training
Tuesday, 6:45 p.m. January 8 - February 26, March 4 - April 22
Women are built differently then men and often have different reasons for weight training. During this eight-week session, women can develop the confidence to use free weights to increase lean body mass, strengthen bones, reduce stress and become stronger. How many times have you had to start a new workout? The YMCA has developed a new process to help make this the last time you will have to start over. The Coach Approach process has you meet with our trainers multiple times during those critical first six months of exercise. Besides setting up a workout for you, we will work with you to build good habits to help keep you fit. You even earn rewards by showing up for your appointments.
4th appointment: YMCA Coffee Mug
6th appointment: YMCA T-shirt
7th final appointment: one-month's individual membership dues waived
