If you are 55 years or older and enjoy socializing with others of the same age, you'll want to be a part of the YMCA's Active Older Adults (AOA) program. AOA participants enjoy local attractions, outdoor excursions, holiday gatherings, luncheons and more! Costs for most outings are nominal and often include transportation. Group Orientation

Join our Associate Health & Wellness Director, as you receive a brief overview of exercise effects on the body, a tour of the fitness floor and introduction to the fitness staff. After the orientation, you will be assisted in setting up your complimentary individual equipment orientation with one of our YMCA fitness trainers. This event is FREE for Peninsula Family YMCA members over the age of 55. Please sign up at the Information & Registration Desk.
