Monthly Membership Fees
2008-2009

Monthly membership fees may be paid annually,
or by automatic debit from your checking account or credit card.

Financial assistance, to the extent possible, is made available through generous donations.

Facility Membership

A Facility Membership provides use of the entire facility including the pool, strength and aerobic training areas, gymnasium, and racquetball/handball courts. Many programs and classes are included with Facility Membership. When Class fees are charged, Facility Members receive a reduced fee.

*** Starting August 1, 2008 all Facility Members have unlimited access to the Novato YMCA at Hamilton***

Monday-Friday..........5:30 a.m.-10:00 p.m.*
Saturday...................7:30 a.m.-8:00 p.m.*
Sunday.....................7:30 a.m.-7:00 p.m.*
*pool closes 1/2 hour earlier

Program Membership

Programs, and special events are valuable at Program Membership rates. General use of the facility is not included. Program Memberships are purchased annually for a small fee of $50 for a single individual or $75 for a family. The Marin YMCA Program Membership entitles participation in most YMCA programs. Children up to the age of seven must be accompanied by an adult unless they are participating in a scheduled YMCA program designed for their age group.

Corporate Membership

The Marin YMCA supports many local businesses and their ongoing employee wellness efforts. We offer convenient corporate membership plans for any size company.

Bay Area Membership

As a Bay Area Membership participant, Facility Members have access to any or all of the YMCA branches in the Bay Area-over 30 choices! This membership is perfect for those who work or reside in other Bay Area cities and live/work in Marin County.

San Francisco Area Membership

In response to our members, the YMCA of San Francisco is introducing the SAM Membership. This membership gives you access to the 14 YMCA's in the San Francisco Association and is a great option if you live/work in Marin and use YMCA facilities in San Francisco.

Financial Assistance Policy

Financial Assistance to the extent possible will be made through generous donations. It is our intent at the Marin YMCA to offer assistance to those who qualify in order to make all YMCA programs and membership affordable to everyone. Assistance shall be granted on the basis of financial need.

Membership applications requesting financial aid have up to a four-month waiting period for new applications (waiting period subject to change).
