CHINATOWN YMCA UNIVERSITY
After School Enrichment Program serving local public and private school students K-5th grade. Program includes homework assistance, chinese class, brushstroke, monthly family nights & weekend activities.

BUILDING FUTURES MENTORING PROGRAM
The Mentoring Program pairs up each mentor with a mentee who has similar interests and the pairs continue to meet weekly one-on-one all year long. The personal mentoring relationship works toward the youth improving family relations, increasing self-awareness, and enhancing the ability to set and achieve goals. Y-TEENS
Teen Center
Ages: All High School Students
Cost: $35.00
Dates: Monday to Thursday: 3:00 pm to 7:00 pm
Fridays: 3:00 pm to 9:30 pm
Teen Center is a drop-in program where teens can hangout & make new friends in a safe environment. Monthly activities include movies, and parties.. Field trips will be available at an additional cost.
Y-Achievers
Ages: All High School Students
Meets once per week, dates TBD
Cost: Free
Through the Y-Achievers Program, high school teens will be given the opportunity to visit college campuses, learn about college admissions, participate in informative and educational workshops such as SAT prep & leadership skills, as well as get first hand career experiences through guest speakers. This program aims to educate teens on the many colleges, careers, and life choices that are available to them.

Registration Policy & Procedures
Program Membership
In addition to the program fees, a $35 non-refundable YMCA basic membership fee is required. All persons participating in a YMCA program MUST become a basic YMCA member. This basic membership is good for one year and allows youth to participate in YMCA of San Francisco programs. For two or more children in the same family, the fee is $50.00. Children of Family Facility Members are automatically program member.
To Register
To reserve a space in a program for your child, you can pay in full or pay a $25 non-refundable deposit. A $25 non-refundable deposit is required for each week or session you wish to have your child enrolled in a program. Deposit is part of the full payment and will be deducted from your balance due. Full payment is due 7 days before the start date.
To register for a program, fill out a Youth Program Registration Form and either mail, fax, completed application with an initial deposit or full payment to:

Transfer/Credit
7 days (1 week) before program starts:
There will be a $5.00 service charge for each session transfer.
All payments are transferable.
All payments minus deposit are credit/refundable.
6 days or less before program starts:
All payments including deposits are not transferable or refundable.
If full payment is not received seven (7) days before the start of the first day of the program/session, your child may lose his/her space and you will lose your deposit/payment.
Missed days/classes cannot be made up or credited to you. We are unable to do individual make up classes or days based on staffing resources. If your child misses a session/class due to medical or family emergency, please talk to the program director.
Financial Assistance
Financial Assistance is available for all programs, pending an application and approval process. If you wish to apply for financial assistance, complete the necessary paperwork. Incomplete forms will not be processed. We will notify you about financial assistance within 2-3 weeks of turning in completed forms and proof of income.
Those applying for Financial Assistance must have current membership and pay deposit to reserve a space in a program. Payments prior to Financial Assistance approval is refundable depending on status.
Financial Aid is made possible through generous donors of the Chinatown YMCA.
