Hatha/Vinyasa Flow Yoga: Complete mind/body workout with a focus on building a strong foundation of postures and breath work. Excellent for flexibility, core strength and balance. This is a more intense, calorie-burning yoga. Class is open to all levels.
Youth Aikido: Non-violent martial art incorporates personal growth, fitness, and self-defense through harmonizing and compassion. Improves cardiovascular stamina, flexibility and strength. Youth Aikido also adds an element of sword technique. Class is open to all levels.
Spinning: Offers an intense cardio workout conducted on indoor bikes designed with manual resistance controls for a continually challenging workout. The class combines music with the activity, stretching completes the class. Class is open to all levels.
Flamenco Dance: Spice up your fitness program with this Spanish dance, focusing on body placement, basic steps, and footwork. Newcomers are encouraged to participate.
Pilates: Using the teachings of Joseph Pilates in a series of non-impact exercises designed to focus on core strength and stability.
MAT: uses mats, weights. REFORMER: reformer machine.
Newcomers are requested to try Mat class prior to attending the reformer class.

Basic Pilates/Yoga(PiYo): A blend of Pilates and yoga, with focus on core strength. The emphasis is relaxation, breath control, and flow between movements. Class is open to all levels.
Senior Fitness: Low impact, low intensity aerobic exercise with easy-to-learn choreography and movement. Focus is on strength, stretching and stamina. A great class for older adults and beginners. Class is open to all levels.
Taiji: Ancient Chinese martial art utilizes soft, circular movements combined with meditation and breathing. Elements of Taoist Yoga develop flexibility, strength and body awareness. Intermediate and advanced classes focus on form practice and weapons. Taiji movements help student to focus, concentrate energy and relax. Class is open to all levels.
Wushu: Offers discipline, strength training and martial arts combined with the physical challenges and complexities of contemporary sports. (Ages 8 and up). Class is open to all levels.
Shotokan Karate: The Japanese martial art Karate. Emphasizes flexibility, mental discipline, full body strength and athletic ability. Learn self defense while training your mind and body. Class is open to all levels.
Firm Body Conditioning: A great cardio workout uses large therapy balls to help facilitate muscle building exercises, stretching, cardio and toning work. A great light impact workout. Class open to all levels.
Body Toning: A full body work-out with the focus on a unique and balanced selection of exercise sequences designed to shape and tone the entire body. This class will help you achieve and sustain a healthy body whether you are an expert or just starting out. Class open to all levels.
Low Impact Aerobics (cardio): Beginning to intermediate level low impact. Dance oriented cardio class using fun movement patterns that non-dancers can easily follow. Class open to all levels.
